Cancellation of transaction and return policy
1. The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law").

2. The Principal (and not the addressee) shall cancel the order made in each of the following conditions and conditions: Each credit will be transferred to the credit card where the order was made only, and according to the credit card's timetable.

* Cancellation of the order before sending the product to the customer will not incur an additional charge, and the customer will refund the money that it paid for the transaction, including shipping charges. A monetary credit will be granted according to what is stated in the law

* In the case of cancellation of a transaction after the product was sent to the customer and after receipt of the goods in the company's warehouses, a full monetary credit will be given. The shipping cost will be deducted from the credit screen. The credit will be granted provided that the item is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage - and with the label, as received. External brand shoes will only be returned with the original box. If the product is returned other than as stated in this section, the Principal will not be credited (not a monetary credit or a credit voucher).

* The Company has sole discretion regarding the status of the returned merchandise.

* The unused item may be returned in its original packaging, with labels attached to the handcuff within 14 days of receiving it.

* Eligibility for a monetary credit is conditional on a period of up to one month (at the latest) from the date of execution of the credit / PayPal transaction.
3. No monetary credit shall be given for items for which no monetary remuneration has been paid, such as promotions or gifts.

4. How to return the items - the customer will send the item back to the company without the cost of shipping, as detailed on the page attached to each package and allows a bulk mail service on the company account.

Items purchased at the site can be returned to the flagship store in Dizengoff Center and the boutique store in Tel Aviv.

6. Direct cards cannot be won, so Direct cards are eligible for credit only.

7. Products sold at the discount as a part of Sayl and the customer expressed an interest in returning them and their return will be allowed up to 7 business days. The customer will receive a refund of 5% of the value of the item or a deduction of NIS 100 - whichever is lower - if you choose to receive a cash credit for the use of the site, the credit amount will be equal to the original amount paid without deduction.
